How review rankings work

Remap Review ranks tuners using reviews published by drivers on this website.

1. Businesses with more published reviews rank first.
2. When review counts match, the higher average star rating ranks first.
3. When both figures match, business name and listing ID provide a consistent order.

Only visible individual tuners that are still trading and have at least one published review receive a country rank. A zero-star review counts as a review and contributes zero to the average. Hidden or deleted reviews do not count.

Businesses without reviews remain searchable when visible and trading. Their profile shows "No reviews yet", and they receive a rank after their first published review.

Google, Trustpilot and other imported ratings do not affect this ranking. Network profiles link to their associated tuners; each tuner is ranked using its own reviews.
