These can be a pain to tune when not possible through OBD, this was one of those. This meant that we had to run the vehicle up on the dyno, data log and see the power it was producing, then take the vehicle off the dyno, jack it up, wheel off, ecu out of wheel arch 🥲. Once file was applied via bench method, we made we made some nice gains! These are very sluggish stock and feel flat top end, a stage 1 changes this and allows for a strong feel of power all the way through the rev range 🤌🏼

This one came in for Stage 3 tuning Mods: Intake Turbo back system 550cc injectors plenum intercooler X48 Hybrid turbo actuator and recirc This one made 360bhp and 530nm on our base file, logs were pretty much bang on apart from fuelling needing to be enrichened a tad bit and a bit of timing to play about with. after a good amount of pulls the intercooler pipe blew off so under the car we went popping it back on and tightening the clamp up This was an animal on the road losing traction in 4th gear (in wet/damp) 💪🏻 customer took it out after with us and was chuffed to bits with how it performed. with this car not having a tune on prior to this session, the difference was absolutely crazy. suprisingly this one was straight forward for an ST and only had one boost pipe blow off and came in with all working components! reminder to the ST’s, please make sure that the vehicle is ready to be tuned and any weak/faulty components are seen to prior to the vehicle coming to us 🫶🏼 (this also goes for any car)

This was completely stock apart from having a 1756 turbo to it so power differentiates from the usual stage 1 This made some nice figures stock (bound to due to turbo) so we had a nice base point to work off. Customer wanted switchable maps for stock power and tuned power so that’s what we did 💪🏻 🍿 limiter also set at 4500rpm Once tuned, after a couple revisions we ended on a strong and healthy 202bhp and 434nm , power now increasing all the way till redline instead of dropping off. On the road this was a beast! a lot of the pd community would say it pulls like a train 😂

It’s not very often you get to have fun with your own vehicles when running a Tuning business but thanks to Kyle, Jake and Lorenzo the daily drive just got a lot more fun 😉 we wanted to see what we can push on stock GTI Intercooler and LPFP, and an IS38 Turbo and the results were pretty good 👌 We settled on a constant 391bhp and 560Nm with full switchable mapping Mods: 🔹IS38 Turbo 🔹Competition plugs 🔹Coil packs 🔹Golf R HPFP 🔹Custom exhaust system 🔹Intake system with muffler delete and Turbo elbow 🔹99Ron fuel

With TTC So Already mapped by somebody else And explained too customer that we could possibly do a little bit more power than the previous tuner So strapped her down and give a It our all Managed too squeeze some extra power Not much but gained minimum power all across the rpm range Extra 20ftlbs of torque Should feel that little but nippier Only saying a few weeks ago I haven't seen many bmws in for a while And here they all come 320ds are all.we used too map at ine point in time Crazy how times change Golf's everywhere now hahhaha

So came in a month or two back Made little power on the dyno. So i rmemeber jesse having a few concerns when it didnt make the power that usually get from the k24 engines. This one came in for Stage 1 ECU with solutions. Upon stock runs, this made bang on stock figures and logs were perfect, we knew this was a healthy car. Once applying our Stage 1 with solutions file, this made some awesome gains that even we were shocked about, only another 200mbar of boost, smoke free, nothing crazy yet made huge gains, we ran this up another 4 times and it was making roughly the same figures everytime! We usually quote around 185bhp on these but due to big restrictions in the exhaust being removed it is understandable and “pulled like a train” on the road

Audi TTS in for Dyno Stage 1 (97 RON) making some nice figures in the end. Upon initial test drive vehicles haldex system seemed to be poorly functioned so recommended haldex service to allow for grip again (especially after the tune ;)) Nice gains and complete game changer on road!
