lid figures stock and some awesome figures once tuned after a couple revisions. As you can see, from factory, peak power is low in the rpm for a petrol and dies off after that making the car feel very sluggish going through the rev range (as well as only having 100bhp in general) Tuning these unlocks so much with peak power now being 1800rpm higher with a torque stretching further instead of also dying off. This actually had some poke now and i’m sure the owner will be pleased with it 👊🏼

ways recommend customers to get the lower model version of these vehicles due to the difference in price that it costs for these vs the higher models when you can get all the power that the higher models have just for £270 or £340 instead of the stupid difference in price between them! makes sense to me 🤷🏼‍♂️ On the road, these are night and day different and actually having some oomph when you need it instead of being flat as a fart 😂

We set these up differently as opposed to how we tune the Golf R’s and S3’s with them being FWD, capped boost in 1st and 2nd to help with traction, 1-1 pedal demand to allow for maximum pedal control due to the way these are setup from factory, LC RPM lowered compared to factory to help with spinning when launching as well as lower boost request during LC. All of these combined really make FWD a lot more fun instead of just spinning everywhere. With the TCU being tuned as well, this allows for more clutch pressure, true manual mode to prevent the car from upshifting by itself whilst using the paddles, shift speeds adjusted to allow for seamless shifting and torque limiters raised to allow for more torque to be made whilst tuning it. Nice amount of volume between Stock and Stage 1 with peak power further in the rev range! We also enhanced DSG farts as well as crackles in Cupra mode. On the road this was spot on, pulling all the way to redline and gripping as much as possible in the lower gears 👌🏻 We do love tuning EA888s and always will as they rarely have any problems when it comes to tuning and always respond so well 🫶🏼 also i don’t know why the colours of the writing at the bottom are different to the top 🤷🏼‍♂️

power isn’t a huge difference Strong torque gains between stage 1 -> 2 making it feel completely different and giving it more of punch 👌🏻 Customer also wanted some nice burbles which we applied which sounded nice and wasn’t obnoxious like some people want it 😂 He also wanted a more aggressive limiter that bounced as opposed to sounding flat to add some more of a fun factor to the pocket rocket 🚀

xactly how it should be. A nice strong power curve with torque holding for most of the rev range and tailing off top end whilst power holds peak for as long as possible! On the road this was night and day with another 87bhp and 174nm pulling all the way through the rev range and shifting seamlessly. A pleasure to drive this one, definitely going to be needing rear tyres a lot more frequently now 😅
