Great service, always helpful and professional. We take all our vehicles there. Would definitely recommend
Had my Milltek exhaust fitted to my MINI F66 JCW at Mallory Performance and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team were friendly, welcoming, and clearly know their stuff. Jamie did an excellent job fitting the exhaust—top quality workmanship and attention to detail. Ashleigh, who handled the booking and payment, was extremely helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect before handing the car back, which really shows their professionalism. The quality of the installation is excellent, and the car sounds incredible now—exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work. Highly recommend Mallory Performance if you’re considering any upgrades. I’ll definitely be back!
They take the orders they don't have parts available when you requested refund now two months and I have not received my refund each time I called no one pick up the call and they always have that system issue I recommend not to buy any product
Friendly and knowledgeable staff did all the work requested and more with no extra labour. Great service rarely seen nowadays Thank you
Excellent service, blown turbo replacement 1k cheaper than main dealership quote… car now more responsive than it was new…. Brilliant service!
Just had my van mot'd. No issues and I'll use them again. No reason not to give 5 stars.
