Exceptional service! Having booked my MINI F56 JCW in for 4 wheel alignment, I was greeted on arrival by Martin who welcomed me by using my name. This immediately felt like I was receiving a personal service. Having had a terrible experience at another company recently, Martin was very understanding and sympathetic, taking the time to listen to me and he also made me a coffee! Craig, who worked on my car, then met me and asked me to tell him my concerns. Both these interactions put me at ease. After Craig took my car in for assessment, he then showed me the readings and explained what he would do to bring the alignment into specification. The work was completed swiftly and whilst taking extreme care with my car. On completion of the work, I was presented with the before and after readings as a printout, as well being sent some photos that Martin had taken whilst my car was being worked on. They have a customer for life now. I initially didn’t think my standard MINI was worthy of being taken there, but I saw an eclectic mix of vehicles being dropped off and actually, it (and I) felt right at home there. Thank you Martin and Craig for your friendly nature and expert workmanship. It’s very much appreciated.

I recently took my 987.2. Cayman to Northampton Motorsport for a wheel alignment and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The team provided excellent advice, taking the time to help me achieve the best geometry setup for my specific driving needs. Quality service! Use Northampton motorsport to do the tracking / set up on my cars, Done both my Subaru’s and both spot on and can tell an instant difference in handling and balance 5* 2 years on - I recently booked my latest import in for 4 wheel alignment, could of not recieved a better service! On arrival you are welcomed in and told to take a seat and have a coffee, the tech then comes out and discusses everything with you. I have use of basic laser wheel alignment being a Subaru tech but always bring it to Northampton motorsport for 4 wheel alignments - They have taken both my Impreza’s from handling pretty good to being on rails.

I had hoped more experience of Power Commander and bike engines may have come to the fold to help arrange to get me past BEC MOT, esp. as I recalled the booking conversation with receptionist mentioned they had experience of it and also further conversations had discussed expectations before my visit so I felt I was in safe hands and brought down cat exhaust supplier by previous owner. Conversations with other units like Hanger111 ( who I only learnt later assisted with getting past the MOT) seemed to take this as more of a breeze so not sure what went wrong here. I guess BECs can be quite specific but just had my mind this was going to be easier/ I was in safe hands. Clearly hard working guys but after 512 notes and wait all day in the office ( though did include other investigations ) I did really hope that more work could really have been done on MOT front. I did get corner weight and advice about shocks but no MOT. Sadly for BEC related work I cannot be looking to return.
