Absolutely blown away by EcoTune! I took my car to EcoTune for a Stage 2 calibration with pops and bangs, and honestly, they have completely exceeded my expectations. I was expecting the car to feel similar to my previous tune, but what I got back genuinely felt like a completely different car. The difference in performance and how the car drives is night and day. Ross and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the day. Everyone was more than happy to talk me through the process, explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. Nothing felt rushed, and the amount of time they spent working on the car actually gave me even more confidence that the job was being done properly rather than just being a quick flash-and-go. The calibration feels incredibly well dialled in, and the pops and bangs are exactly what I was looking for without taking away from how the car drives normally. You can genuinely tell that time and care has gone into the car. I couldn't be happier with the result and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending EcoTune to anyone considering getting their car tuned. I'll definitely be back once I've got some more modifications installed for an even better calibration. Thanks again to Ross and the rest of the team

2nd time at eco tune. They’re amazing and very w knowledgeable. Ross has delt with me both times and he’s been amazing. I’ve had stage one and TCU tune. The whole team is amazing. Never an issue with them. They also have a waiting area with a couch magazines, toilets etc.

Went in for stage 1 on my 2.0tdi top top experience and won’t find a better tune and standards this good anywhere else would be happy to bet on that! :))

Was in at later half of 2025 for a stage 2 ECU and TCU done. They have found couple of problems for the calibration team to successfully perform the tune and got a list of couple of hardwares on the car to look at. Got everything sorted and ended up getting a hybrid turbo. Booked in for a pre inspection for the stage 3. When I got the new downpipe fitted at my local garage, little did I know the EGT sensor was bent again (after replacing the previous one) when the car was up for a pre tuning inspection. Then it was booked in again for another inspection and Ross broke the news to me that the technician found it wasn’t holding boost. Found out where it was leaking boost. Everything got sorted and back up. Then got a phone call from Matthew (good luck on your next adventure) had passed the pre tuning inspection (I was over the moon after the time and effort spent to make everything right). After the first drive going home on the motorway, the full car feels completely different, more response at the bottom end. But had found an issue so I contacted via phone and email the next day and Ross phoned back to arrange a day to drop the car off. Dropped the car off at 9am and Ross said he would keep me upto date, I said I’ll pop back up later on as we’ll be up that way. Arrived and had seen Tony taking the car out for a test drive thinking the job must’ve been completed, but as soon as I seen Tony coming back, we thought to ourselves “uh-oh… The boss isn’t happy”. Ross had explained what’s going on. We decided to head off to the local shops to get the team some sweet treats for their hard work. We came back and Andy “Canelo” (he looks soo much like the boxer when he’s focused on the work) from the calibration team was working on the car further. All the issues were sorted. The full team had showed professionalism on their work. The car got looked after under their care throughout the full process and made sure everything was right. I have witnessed and now I know why they are renowned for their work especially on Volkswagen. I highly recommend to come and stop by if you have a German car. What impressed me even more, when I booked in with Ross at the very start for the stage 3, he had asked what turbo I had on. The calibration team had never worked with the brand of hybrid turbo before but are willing to give it a try. For the team to be able to work with it first time and managed to get results is unbelievable. I had recently read up that only a handful of tuners can work with the type of hybrid! Maybe in the future if I plan on a more powered hybrid turbo, I will definitely be coming back for the calibration work, but for now, I think this is the sweet spot for a daily driven car.

Always dreamed of owning a fast car. After buying my Mercedes C63 amg I got used to the power and speed so after a few phone calls with Tony who spoke me through the process thoroughly I got it booked in for a remap .... ohh my days! From start to finish absolutely fantastic service. Would definitely be using the guys at ecotune from now on when it comes to performance and maintenance

Took my 2.0tdi Leon fr 184 in for tuning and whilst overall I am happy with the results with the car making 226bhp and 490nm of torque which feels fantastic. I am left a little frustrated as this much torque is far too much for the standard clutch which has meant it is already slipping and an upgraded clutch has had to be ordered for the car. If the clutch was a little long in the tooth I maybe wouldn’t be so frustrated but this clutch has maximum 4k miles on it. This just seems like something they should’ve taken into account during tuning or mentioned as a recommended upgrade prior to tuning.

Ordered an induction system from Ecotune, not only were they the best price but the after sales service was outstanding. Delivery was quick and I did experience some issues with the induction system (no fault of Ecotune) fitting to my vehicle correctly. I communicated with Tony over email and from the initial contact Tony was professional and empathetic with the concerns I raised. He replied to my emails within a matter of minutes, and always made it clear that my satisfcation was his objective. Based on the experience with Tony I will certainly be using EcoTune in the future as I am safe in the knowledge that any after sales support will be top notch!

I had my polo GTI in recently with Ecotune for the powermax v1 upgrade and what a difference it’s made pushing 425bhp now feels like a totally different car, I was kept updated along the way while the work was being carried out and would like to thank everyone at Ecotune for their hard work I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for any kind of work carried out on their car

Being genuine petrol heads, you can also see the pride and care they take with every customer’s car. Ross at reception was really welcoming and kept me updated throughout the day while the work was being carried out. Tony was fantastic, responding to my post-sale queries within a matter of minutes and being incredibly accommodating. Aidan was equally brilliant, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and making sure I understood exactly what had been done. I genuinely can’t recommend these guys enough. Very Bad Customer service. Their contact number is always not reachable. They didn’t care to update or send an email that the coilovers are shipped. I came back from holiday to find the £1.6k coilovers on my front door. Found that the wrong coilovers are delivered and they and after contacting them I have neither received a return shipping level nor any timeline when the correct coilovers will be delivered. I can understand it’s KW’s fault for sending the wrong item but I at least expect the retailer to provide an update and respond to emails and phones. Very Frustating and regretful experience.

Absolutely fantastic company. Can’t rate them highly enough. Had quite a bit of work done with them over the past few months and anything they don’t know about car maintenance and tuning ain’t worth knowing.

From the start, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all questions, and queries and spent a lot of time with us. As someone who does social media they were very accommodating letting me take as much content as possible and even let me in the dyno. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly rather than rushing the job.
