I recently had my MK8 VW Golf R in with Ecotune for a full service and Stage 1 remap, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the work being carried out, which gave me a lot of confidence. The service was completed efficiently, and the quality of workmanship is evident. The Stage 1 remap has completely transformed the car — the performance gains are smooth, responsive, and exactly as promised, while still maintaining everyday drivability. Customer service was excellent throughout, with great communication and a genuine attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend Ecotune to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality tuning and servicing. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Brought my Audi s3 in to be looked over as the drive was feeing a little funny. The team took time inspecting my front brakes, found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. The team explained what the issue was and how it would have impacting the car and the drive. Thankful to the team as always!

Took my Golf GTI in for a stage 1 tune and the difference is night and day. The service was outstanding from the moment you walked in the door. For anyone who has been contemplating a tune I would highly recommend Ecotune!

I’ve had my Audi S4 in to Ecotune 3 times this year for multiple service items. They fitted new discs and pads all round. A full major service and most recently a gearbox service, new front splitter and front control arms. I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are an absolute credit to the business. Very polite, professional and communication has been top class. Tony is an absolute legend and has looked after me well. I’m over the moon with everything they have done and can’t wait to get back again to begin the good stuff, now all the important stuff has been taken care of. Additional sawce is on the menu next. I seriously couldn’t recommend Ecotune highly enough. 5 stars all day long. Thanks again guys, looking forward to my next visit 🫶🏻

I was recommended ecotune as the place to have the water pump replaced on my Golf R. They did this job and I was happy with the initial job and the price was good too. One month later I was forced to have the car recovered to a local garage on a truck after the stop the car warning lit up suddenly and had suffered a catastrophic coolant loss. The cause of this very serious issue was a clip on the bottom radiator hose had worked loose and come off. Thankfully this was an easy and inexpensive reapair, but could have been much worse. On speaking to ecotune they maintained that this was not their fault or responsability as they didn't touch the bottom part of this hose, only the top part of said hose. I suggested that surely it would have been checked and they said it was. I was told by the mechanic who did the repair that it was always possible that there could be more serious as yet unknown damage due to overheating. Ecotune did offer to check the car over if and when I could get to them ( 99 miles and 2 hours drive ) but were otherwise very dismissive of the fact that I found this to be very coincidental. Major work carried out on the cooling system then a serious issue with the cooling system. Ive owned this car for close to 6 years and never had an issue. This happened on a Friday late afternoon so no garage open til Monday. I had to take 5 days off work as I live in a very remote area with no public transport. Coincidence ? Always a possibility but doubtful to me. Very doubtful that Id use Ecotune again, confidence gone.

I had a really good experience with Ecotune. I first went to them for a Stage 1 on my car and was really happy with how it turned out. The car felt a lot better straight away. The guys there were really helpful and easy to talk to. I recently went back and had the car upgraded to Stage 3 and I’m honestly seriously impressed with the difference. The power feels great and the car still drives amazing day to day. The team were great the whole time, explained everything properly and made the whole process easy. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I’d definitely recommend Ecotune to anyone thinking about getting their car tuned.

I never review anything, ever but I really couldn't resist on this occasion. I drove a 15 hour round trip from Essex to take my car to Ecotune and it was worth every second. I went Stage 3 on my Polo GTI with a Powermax 1 turbo and it totally transformed the car with just under 440hp which transformed the car into a total monster. From start to finish the experience was 10/10, no stone was left unturned when they were inspecting the car making sure it was in a fit state to tune. The car came out of there absolutely transformed, and with a quick turnaround too! I simply cannot recommend them enough to anyone.
