Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Costed quotation provided in advance detailing a breakdown of all tasks to be undertaken. Efficient key drop off and car collection processes. As always a very good experience.

Very friendly, very helpful and car was ready very quickly.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you are a BMW owner this is the best in the area and much cheaper than main agent, while usuing genuine parts.
A really helpful specialist garage. Honest about what needs to be done, keeping me safe but not spending what I don’t need to spend. I think these are the good guys in the world of garages.
Another excellent service carried out on my 10 year old X5.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quick effecient service all at an affordable price.
Highly recommend! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the communication couldn't be better, they were always updating me with what was going on and finished the work promptly. Overall by far the best experience I have ever had with a garage, thank you!

Great service & pricing from the team again.
Professional and polite service. The team explained the work clearly and completed it within the agreed timeframe. Pricing was transparent and straightforward. Overall a positive experience and I would consider using this garage again in the future. 👍😊
Birch Motors are the best However small the problem, you are made to feel that this is equally important to them to resolve as a major problem would be. Whilst waiting for your car you appreciate how vast their knowledge is when they are in conversation with their customers.
Overall excellent.
