After a terrible experience at BMW Marshall Bournemouth, I contacted Burch Motor Works — and Dave was an absolute legend as was the whole team. Professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout. Fantastic service and the best customer care I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Having previously only used BMW dealer servicing I am very happy to have discovered Burch Motor Works. Their customer service and quality of work is excellent and I will continue to use them rather than BMW from now on.

John and Dave either advised in person or over the phone. Really clear and consise advice and a lot of work carried out quicker than originally expected saving me time on Labour cost. Garage very Clean and much better prices than a main stealer with Friendly honest and far more personal service.

The team were so helpful today when I experienced an issue with the coolant on my G20 BMW 3 series touring. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, getting me going again very quickly.
