From the moment I took my car to the garage to the collection, the customer service was first class. Would recommend to anyone.

Always helpful and friendly; willing to answer questions or allay concerns even if not directly related to work car is in for. Clean reception and garage area. Secure parking overnight. Explains work done and advises if they have found anything that will need attention in the near future.
Burch Motor Works is an excellent garage. The workshop and front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming and always explain everything in plain English. Will use them again and again!
Very good great service.
Nice people who run a 'superb' garage.
Excellent service once again. Good communication.
Car bought in, attended to promptly and great customer care.
The same professional service as I have enjoyed over several years. How a garage should be.
Great garage. Very decent price for excellent work. Would highly recommend.
First time I have used this garage. I intend to use them in the future. Very happy customer.
I was involved with the motor trade from 1965 to 1993 so I understand the business. John, Vicki and the team at Burch Motors are excellent.
Burch Motor Works is at the top of its game. Excellent in all areas.
Very informative and helpful.
Excellent and friendly customer service. Professional and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended as a local garage to family and friends alike.
I used them for an issue last year and I have never thought twice about using someone else again (I’ve had a few issues with my car). The level of professionalism is second to none and both Vicky and John are very knowledgeable and service is just impeccable!
Fair, fabulous and fantastic.
I described symptoms. Garage advised likely work required to fix plus MOT plus items they previously identified as needing future attention. All work completed as agreed. As usual, a very good experience. Highly recommended; they keep our Mini and BMW cars in excellent order.
Great garage with good communication throughout. Very professional service. Highly recommend.
Plenty of personal contact. Good, clean job.
Very pleased with service.
