Burch Motor Works reviews

Always polite, helpful attend and issues on the spot while I was still there. Advise full cost before job done and only charge that figure. 1st class.

All very good. Work carried out on 13th October to expected times. Thank you. Will use again.

Service with excellence!

Excellent service from this garage. Comes highly recommended. Other garages should follow their example. Well done John and very many thanks.

Good service, really good.

Excellent service. Very professional team.

Overall a very good service and very pleased.

This whole experience was great, from girls at front of house being polite, friendly and helpful. To good job and paperwork. Well done, keep it up. I shall return.

Outstanding service as always.

Excellent in every respect. Highly recommended.

Speedy, friendly and competent service as always. I cannot recommend this company enough; they took the stress out of getting my car fixed. Reasonable price too. Thank you.

Always helpful, efficient and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service. Fixed the roof of my Mini convertible while I waited. Nothing was too much bother! Will recommend this garage to everyone and will always take my car there from now on!

First class business.

So helpful in every way. Love taking the car to them. 5 star. Nothing is a problem.

Can honestly say this service experience far surpassed any other I have had in 60 years of driving.

A small garage with extremely dedicated staff from reception to engineers. Really friendly and very reliable. Much better than the treatment I have experienced at two main dealers in other towns, who were both very offhand. Thank you Burch Motor Works for coming to Christchurch.

Excellent family garage. Always helpful and competitive pricing. Very approachable.

Excellent service from everyone in the garage. Have now made it my first choice garage.

Very pleased with garage - a shame they couldn't find the fault I had noticed but that's not their fault - a thorough job.
