Brilliant service — highly skilled, knowledgeable and always very fair on pricing. Other shops come and go, but REPS is still here delivering excellence year after year. It’s really important that we support great local bike shops and independent businesses like REPS. You simply don’t get this level of knowledge, experience and personal service from the big chains or online retailers. Local businesses only survive if we use them, so if you need anything for your bike, give REPS a try and support a great local business. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent experience with these guys. Kind, helpful, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable - both the lady on the phone and the guys in the workshop. Had some problems with my suspension and was recommended to come to Royston as a specialist from another garage. I came in and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here for any more work I need doing. Thank you
Great service, I had a last minute tyre fit required, I turned up and REPS turned it around on the same day. Really helpful advice given on some other areas that I questioned as well. Thank you
