I’m really sad to write this review because I had high hopes when I bought my car from SBM Motors. Unfortunately, things haven’t worked out as I hoped. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic in May with a 3-month warranty, and just a couple of days later, the battery went completely flat. The garage replaced it, but then the same problem happened again — and again a few weeks later. It left me without a car for days, relying on lifts and taxis just to get to work and appointments. The garage said they couldn’t find any faults and returned the car to me, but the issue came back almost right away. I’ve tried to stay calm and patient, even formally rejecting the car under my consumer rights. I missed half a work shift and some breaks trying to deal with all this, and the lack of communication has been really frustrating. Now I’ve been told the director is away, so there’s nothing that can be done until he's back. To make things harder, when I went to pick up the car after the repair, no one was at the garage. I was told to take the key from a hook inside the empty workshop, which felt unprofessional and just added to my worries. I didn’t expect to be in this situation — I just wanted a reliable car to get me to work. I’m still hoping for a fair resolution, but I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.

I bought a Peugeot 508 GT 2.2 HDI from here nearly 3 years ago now, in November 2022. It had just done 100k miles then, it's now on 160k miles since my ownership and has been absolutely bulletproof. I had a pleasant and easy experience dealing with these guys, no stress whatsoever. Maybe they remember the car, it was for sale for a long time apparently, but I have no idea why, as it's been amazing and everyone complements and shocked at the equipment this car has. A guy I know in Spain who bought a brand new Audi A6 sold his car after seeing mine as he felt ripped off. He now has a 508 in the same spec and is happier than ever.
