Terrific garage, great service. checked a new car I bought from elsewhere.

A sign of a good company is how it deals with problems. I had reason to have a dispute with Richtoy, however Toyne discussed the problem with me straight away and the issue was solved amicably, there and then. I have no doubt all concerned acted with good intentions, however the end result was not satisfactory. I could see that Toyne was disappointed that I was unhappy, but as the customer he put me first and for that I am very grateful. Despite the fact that things did not work out as either of us would have liked, I would still recommend Toyne and Richtoy because if things don't go to plan, and in garages as in life they sometimes don't, I can assure you Toyne will continue to act in a fair and reasonable way.

Out of the blue the engine warning light came on in our car so we went straight to Richtoy Motorsport as we had been there before. Even though they were really busy they dealt with the problem in a couple of hours, which was a great relief as we live in a village with limited public transport.
