VW Golf R Manual
This Golf R took advantage of our december offer and is thankful he did 👌🏻
Initial road test the butt dyno was telling me it wasn’t stock and i was right!

d 481nm. now these are alright figures for a basic stage 1 but the concerning part were the logs…
as seen in 3rd photo, the vehicle was pulling extreme amounts of timing, very lean, lambda setpoint at 1 till around 5.5k where it requests 0.75 (this was more than likely due to exhaust gas temps and knock). This is the typical car park flash map logs we usually see where the “tuner” does not know what the map is nor logs on how the vehicle is performing.
This was all unknown to the customer with him having it with the map on already when he bought it. We are very suprised that damage has not been caused with it running this way 😬
We put the vehicle back to stock (graph not shown) and vehicle ran healthy numbers with no timing pull and fuel trims good 🙏🏻
Once we knew this, we proceeded to make more power whilst still retaining safety.
With it being on 95 RON we did not add any timing but it still made good power!!
cars running healthy now and has been completely transformed on the road 🚀

Skoda Octavia VRS
This one came in for Stage 1 ECU tuning on the dyno and i can honestly say it’s one of the cleanest and healthiest examples. Sitting at 105000 miles but everything about the car it felt 40,000-50,000 miles!

ns it ran as expected with data logs showing its nice and healthy with no timing pull at all (99 ron fuel)
Once we applied our stage 1 tune, it pulled some nice figures and no adjustments to the file needed to be made as it was sitting right where we were wanting with maximum 1 degrees timing pull for a short period, boost pressure hitting 1bar and tailing off top end just as requested 🤌🏼
This completely changed it on the road, still holding traction whilst having all that extra power 🚀

Audi TTS 310
Today we had in this beautiful sepang blue TTS for stage 1 tuning on the dyno 🚀
This one has a backstory: it had some work done at another company including induction kit, intercooler, downpipe, exhaust system and their stag

e 2 with two hills on a piece of paper with some numbers on it
A month later customer is at ours getting the vehicle retuned because it didn’t feel as quick as quoted figures and had problems like jerking, engine light on.
Upon inspection we found that the coolant hose was rubbing on the intake, radiator cable tied to the aircon, a sports cat the customer asked for non existent on the downpipe 🤨. This wasn’t a good start but onto tuning. The car pulled 366.9bhp and 485.4nm on their tune, a fair amount less than quoted and we have seen tuner x’s maps in the past so are not surprised 😬 looking at data logs we found the vehicle to be running 20% lean throughout the whole run, throttle closures, overall diabolical tune.
We knew that this had more to go compared to a stock vehicle so we applied our base map.
First file made 396bhp and 550nm 😂. Logs were spot on apart from a tiny bit of leaning in the mid range to top (around 7%). With this being stock clutch we adjusted a couple things to produce less torque whilst retaining that nice aggression that comes with properly mapping these.
It’s not all about seeing how much power you can make, it’s all about achieving good power whilst making sure the car stays healthy and runs how it should without running into problems…
Once logs were perfect after around 5 revisions, we ended up on a nice 391.3bhp and 525.0nm 🤌🏼
I took the customer out in it and his first words were “yes it was nothing like this before”
We aren’t the type of company to throw shade or hate on other people’s work but we had to say something about this one 🤦🏼♂️
At least they got rollers from the other tune 🤷🏼♂️
Another customer made happy and already planning on going bigger turbo 😏
