Hourly rate is £114 after VAT. Overall, the staff are good at what they have done. The work was done at a high quality and worked hard to get it done within a tight timeframe.

I got a rear half straight pipe on my lexus gs430 and glass packs installed by RGS. They were very welcoming when i first arrived and sketched out every possible option i could go for regarding my end goal for the exhaust, and they even showed me what it’ll sound with half of the exhaust off which i initially wasnt wanting but once i heard it i couldnt say no. I eventually got the glass packs and their own Y pipe and custom exhaust with great welds all over; and i gotta say it sounds incredible; the highway drone is dulled out and driving locally u cant even hear it; except when u put ur foot down. Overall exceptional and very professional guys; i’d recommend them to anyone as they met every expectation i was hoping for. They also did a rear diff oil change and removed the integrated tow bar; i’m glad i got it all done from these guys because they did exactly what i needed/wanted and more.

Took my rare Maserati Khamsin over to Brian at RGS for some exhaust work. When I arrived I had a leak on the underside. Unfortunately, it was coolant dripping under the dash from the heater matrix and out from the bottom of the floor pan. Thing is I am fastidious with my cars and Brian did not disappoint with how he managed the car whilst in his possession. The dash needed to come out partly to access the heater matrix. Brian and his team protected every part of the interior whilst working on the car. I was sent pictures to show me how everything was covered and protected. They resolved the leak with the heater matrix. Then came the exhaust. A custom pair of stainless steel Y pipes needed to be fabricated to bypass the ANSA back boxes whilst still retaining the tips. The car now sounds amazing. RGS also found a leak in a fuel supply, which they fixed. This was all done whilst the weather was atrocious and wet outside. They juggled things around to keep my car inside and dry throughout the works. A HUGE thank you to Brian and his team.

Avoid!!! Scam and Rude to Customers! I had no choice but to write this review as I’m being ignored. They kept my car (Range Rover) for 4-5 days, not knowing what they are doing with it, assuring me they were working on it and will fix it. Finally after I chased them a lot, I managed to get my car back to only be told they had to charge an electric fuse only, the car was otherwise fine they didn’t have to fix anything, charged me just under £400.00 saying it was for labour?!? A few weeks later the same exact issue appeared I asked them to take the car in to Check and fix it and they fobbed me off, saying they are busy and I need to wait. After waiting one week I chased again and they told me they cannot help me and to go elsewhere. They were also very sarcastic and very rude and unprofessional towards myself and my mother, saying they are not a hospital and not Land Rover! I asked for my money back as they clearly didn’t fix my car issues at all then and they have been ignoring me ever since. I have sent a number of emails and asking to contact me and refund me the amount I paid them for job not done, back in March 2026. I’m still waiting. RGS motorsport are taking advantage of good customers and all they care about is money and overcharging. They are not professional or tolerant. I actually took very good business to them (my family spent thousands in their garage on number of occasions) and have been treated poorly with disrespect and massively lied to and overcharged! I would never use their services again or recommend them to anyone, quite the opposite. I’m just asking fur my money back as my car was not fixed and they refused to help. My time and money was wasted.

Nice garage with manager Brian we got one off our sport Subaru to do a project, Job was done in very careful manner and it was great job to see the car back on the road, even he arranged a recovery to pick the car up Highly recommended garage for sport motor.

Came in for a quad exhaust conversion on my 118i. It has turned out better than I had expected and their years of experience allowed me to get the best possible sound out of my exhaust. I am absolutely over the moon with how it turned out and I highly recommend.

So on recommendation I popped in to RGS very busy with lots going but they focus on your needs explain what they will need to do and give you a fair price, going above and beyond to find parts and not being pushy to get your trade, car went in for a gearbox flush, both differentials, engine oil, brake fluid, MOT and confirmation the rear parking sensor failure was not just a dirty wire, they have loan cars available but didn't need one this time. 144k miles and she is still running strong the cars said it's been well looked after next is the cam chains and initial quoting around £1500 which from other places is stop on. Communication is good, what would put them above the rest is more visual confirmation as the work gets done but that's a fine line between getting the work completed over keeping the customer well informed. Car was in for 3 days in the end due to parts delayed and they wanted to make sure everything was right will use again due to the communication and no nonsense approach you pay for what you get, next review will be the motorcycle arm of the business hopefully they will just as good.

Brilliant guys, great to work with and have done some amazing work for my cars

I found RGS MOTORSPORT online and gave them a call, I was in desperate need of my exhaust being fabricated as mine was literally falling apart. Brian answered and I couldn't of been happier, he went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible even though he had a lot of pre booked work. When I arrived he gave me an idea of what was needed doing and a timescale the work would be completed. He gave me a courtesy car and I was on my way. The next day the car was ready and I collected it. I was extremely happy with they're work. Brian and his team are brilliant, Friendly, helpful and funny. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide. A+++++

RGS is my go to company for my 2001 Jaguar xkr. With all classics cars your always going to have problems but luckily RGS are there to help. Brian the owner is fantastic. He does his upmost to advice & help. In todays world where everyone doesn't seem to have the time Brian & RGS give you a great service with a very personalised environment. Thorough pre work inspection and listened to what I was looking for in my exhaust setup. Plan made and quoted. Treated "big blue" with great care and respect. Carried out the work to a high standard and no issues so far. Highly rated.

I have been using RGS Motorsport for years and they are excellent with their work. Brian is always good to communicate with and you can really get across exactly what jobs you need done on the car. They have been doing special work on my s2000 and they have shown determination and willingness to get a good result (engine rebuild, new loom, mapping, etc). They have also refurbished and upgraded all the underneath of the car and have no issues with getting parts that you wish to put on. Only delays would be from workload or supply issues for special items but the patience is worth it. Look at the pictures for the outstanding work the garage has done!

Found the Company via Google search, looking to upgrade my Exhaust system on my SLK. From start to finish my experience with these guys was fantastic. Brian from the off was professional precise and knows his stuff. He kept me informed through every stage and even sent pictures of the progress. Thank you all for a great job.

Took my partners car here for work to be done. Did nothing but try and fob us off the whole time the car was there on both occasions. Now she doesn’t feel comfortable taking her car to a garage due to this turn of events

Great job converting my 1984 Porsche 911 Targa to EFI. This was a bespoke conversion (not an off the shelf kit). I now have a reliable and great pertforming car, that starts well in all weathers. Hot and cold start no longer a problem. If there is one piece of criticism, it's to improve the cadence of the communication with the customer, even if there isn't any update. Thanks again!
