My BMW X3 has been serviced and looked after by Birch Motors since I bought it. The service is second to none and I think better than BMW. Their pricing is very competitive and the standard of work is excellent. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Took the car in for a recurring fault, electrical issues causing battery drain, parking sensor and alarm faults. The Team at Birch ran detailed diagnostics and went through a rigorous fault finding exercise. All faults correctly identified, and more importantly all economically repaired!
No complaints, seemingly thorough and transparent.
