As always, they go the extra mile. We were unable to get the car to them at the agreed date so they helped us out by shifting things around a bit. Prices considerably less than main dealer. Highly recommended

Always friendly and highly professional. I have used the garage since they opened in c.2013. I particularly appreciate the use of itemised estimates as my car is 23 years old and a keeper!

Really helpful staff both reception and mechanics. Friendly and honest. Previous garage I visited told me I needed my bushes doing but when looked at by Burch Motors they said it was an advisory on MOT but doesn't need doing for a good 1 to 2 years and to not waste my money doing it yet.

A frequent user of this workshop. A significant improvement over the communication and general quality of service over my main dealership which had deteriorated over recent years. A specialised workshop with a small dedicated team is a huge plus for me.
