I find the staff incredibly helpful and very personable - always ready to be helpful if and when needed
The customer service at this garage, they go above and beyond not just with the work that they carry out, but also with a clear and precise communication
This garage is one of the few that actually change 'filled for life fluids' that manufacturers claim. I had my gearbox oil , transmission oil, front and rear differential oils changed on my bmw X5. Their service and knowledge is excellent and prices are very reasonable.
Great service and a garage that you can trust!
Always first class service from Burch Motor Works. Kind Regards Stephen Mulley
Amazing service, staff super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend that place. Super happy as always.
Friendly garage, who always advise what's best for your vehicle without the 'hard-sell'. Great staff, always polite and jolly and very knowledgeable about everything BMW. Can't fault them as a garage and would (have) highly recommend them to friends & family.
Staff always helpful friendly and efficient
Honesty exceptional, customer care exceptional. I cannot fault this business. Work always carried out to the highest standards and on time.
