Very friendly and helpful upon arrival, prompt turn-around as vehicle needed for mid afternoon, knowledgable about specific vehicle and engine type, reassured about service interval. One of the best independent garages we’ve found for BMW, can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended by ProTyre next door when I had an injector problem. I took it over to Dave who was extremely helpful in fixing my injectors and I also got them to do my MOT and major service. Excellent service and a lot cheaper than the main BMW dealer.
Service completed, oil change , spark plugs , filters & brake fluid change. Excellent from start to finish. Friendly polite staff who always have time for you. Which is why we return & always use. Recommend to others.

Excellent customer service – always friendly and professional, providing clarity about what is happening and explaining things to someone that knows nothing mechanical!
Not long purchased my BMW and it had suffered quite a severe brake judder. Burch fixed the problem and now brakes perfectly. Have also used for some other repairs and service and everything has been great. Would highly recommend
