Burch Motor Works reviews

Excellent service as always

First time using but they were fantastic from start to finish

Dave and Victoria customer service skills and expertise are all amazing. Thank you so much for an excellent repair and MOT inspection

Absolutely perfect. Not only friendly and welcoming but precise and accurate. They not only gave me options but helped in other aspects. Would 100% use them again.

WOW, I can’t recommend this garage enough, the quality of the work, the level of service, the customer commitment to satisfaction. It’s like the John Lewis of Garages! Nothing is too much. In addition to the service they did a complicated job and absolutely nailed it. Don’t bother going elsewhere!

As usual, excellent service, no pressure attitude, with constructive comments for future pre-emptive maintenance ensuring I have a reliable car. All at a reasonable price. Very professional and polite all round!

Have been using the Burch Motor Works team for nearly a decade. They are unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, accurate with their quotes and always do a great job looking after my 34 year old BMW. So whether you have a new or older BMW or Mini this is a great garage to take it too.

First time using Burch Motor Works but won't be the last. Very impressed with everything from start to finish; I honestly have no suggestions for improvement.

As per usual, excellent service from everyone at Burch Motor Works. Would not go anywhere else for my Mini to be looked after!

Always excellent and always kept me well informed. Good competitive pricing.

After a 14 month period I understood although low mileage that I had better get an oil change. On collection I realised the garage being so professional that other than an oil change they had carried out a 28 point check that found all working and serviceable. Extremely good & reliable garage.

Have used a few times now and always find staff very friendly and helpful!

I am so glad I found these guys. Recently had my i3s serviced and the whole experience was absolutely spot on, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Forget using a main dealer and feeling ripped off every time, and go here instead. Thanks Steve(Dave), Vicky and team.

First class family run business. I’ve never once felt like I’m being overcharged or treated unfairly in the last 10 years.

As always nothing is ever too much trouble for the team at Burch Motor Works. Always clearly explain what is happening and do what they say they will. Really refreshing to deal with them.

Fantastic and honest service.

The best garage in the area, the customer service is excellent and the work is value for money.

A great team. Very organised and helpful as always. The car service was immaculate.

Very helpful, great communication and very competitive pricing compared to main dealer.

Burch Motor Works were extremely accommodating in helping me out with a repair at short notice. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
