Fantastic service as usual from Burch. Detailed explanation from Jon of the issue, followed by calls from Dave on recommended work to be done at the same time to save on future bills. Never pushy, never doing anything that isn’t needed. Always good, sound advice and excellent service.

I have been going to Birch Motor Works (BMW) for a number of years now. I like taking my car there as they know the service history of the my BMW 323ci. My car is a 2007 model so has had a life. Recently I could hear a low rumbling from the rear wheel. Birch cured the problem, car drives great now.

These boys have looked after my 640 so well I al very glad i found them about 5 years ago. Always good work at a good price and so much better than my local main dealer who i have had proper issues with in the past with some very dubious advice and bills.

Xenon bulb failed. Called at around 10am to see if they could fix. Know they are busy so was expecting a few days/weeks wait but that was not the case! Said I could call in between 2pm and 3.30pm and they would sort. Got there at 2 and all done by 2.30pm very pleased.

My first time getting my car serviced at Burch as I have always used main dealers up to this point. I’m really satisfied with the overall experience with the team and will use them in the future for my servicing.
