Burch Motor Works reviews

Always gives detailed description of faults and remedy.

Good local garage. Friendly staff who know customers by name. Excellent communication when asking for an extra check. Good reminders to ensure you get the right day. Have used for a few years now with different cars and all work has been excellent.

The quality of workmanship and customer service at burch motor works is second to none. I couldn't recommend this garage enough.

So pleased with the efficient, friendly service they always offer. I feel confident taking my car for any works needed.

A very busy garage but were able to repair the washer without any fuss.

Very pleased with the level of professionalism & support from this garage. They're clear and transparent with the work being carried out & any recommendations required. I even added a couple extra bits when I dropped off the car & they were willing to check out for me on the day, so was very happy.

Very Professional, Customer informed of exactly what is needed to complete to a high std. No cost cutting by trying to retain part worn associated components. This method of working protects both parties from issues which could happen later.

Super friendly and helpful team. Pleasure to deal with.

Professional and very friendly staff who kept me informed of every step of work and all costs incurred. Excellent service and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

Myself & family have always used Burch Motors over the years. Their friendly approach from the reception through to the workshop, service & work is always excellent They have never failed to diagnose & repair a fault without any fuss. Fully recommend to others without hesitation.

MOT checks identified crack in alloy wheel. Welding repair was completed ready for collection next morning. Great to have Burch Motor Works keeping me driving my BMW safely, with excellent service as usual.

My BMW was reaching 9 yrs so was due a timing chain replacement. From day one of contacting them they have been so helpful, one of the best quotes I got, used genuine BMW parts, kept me informed and did a 1st class job. My BMW won’t be going to any other garages.

I have run out of superlative's to say how good the team are. I’ve used them for over 10 years. Nothing is touch trouble. The work is always done on time. when there’s work to be done’ they always call me to explain the work that’s required. So no nasty surprises Congratulations everyone

As always excellent service and value for money. Very friendly environment and provide accurate and regular updates on my car. Will continue to use Burch Motors

I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a garage. As well as a routine service, they found and fixed an obscure water leak on my 6-series and did all this at a very reasonable price. The communications were excellent and all staff were competent, friendly and efficient.

Have used Burch Motor Works many times. I am always very impressed with the communication and the work they do. Highly recommend.

I have used Burch Motor Works for a number of years now. I always receive impeccable service. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
