Fantastic staff, great service. Highly recommend them.

Very friendly and efficient service , I dropped car in early as convenient for me but was serviced that afternoon…. Would definitely recommend!

Wouldn’t take our BMW’s anywhere else! Great, honest garage!

Professional service, great customer care, better than main dealer, and good value.

Always pleased with their service. Extremely Professional

As usual a fantastic level of service provided by Burch Motors. A new booking system is now in operation which made the process even more straight forward. Extermely professional and knowledgeable staff who kept me up to date with the work to be compelted.

Always very polite, friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with their standard of work and fair with their prices.

Friendly, helpful staff. Everything explained before any work carried out.

Have used them for 3 years for all servicing etc There absolutely nothing I can complain about . I can strongly recommend Burch Motor Works.

Exceptional welcoming staff. A truly honest business. I have had years of outstanding service both for routine service / MOT and when I had trouble with a breakdown. Work always timely and excellent communication.

Excellent customer service. I find them completely trustworthy. They advise about work that might be needed in future but always postpone it until it really is necessary.

I am very grateful to John at Burch Motor Works for his care and attention when I really needed some assistance to get an urgent repair fixed. Burch excels in all respects, and I will be using them for all my requirements from this point on. Excellent all round.

This is the best place I have ever taken a car to and I bought my first 50 years ago. The service is unbelievable, the attitude and ethos is more like swing a major consultant, not a motor mechanic. The communication is the best ever. I recommend them most highly. You will not be disappointed.

Very courteous, competent and efficient service.

I have used Burch Motor Works for many years and would highly recommend them. They will always do what they can to look after you and when a large bill is due seem genuinely sorry to break the news to you. I have never had more confidence and trust in a garage than I have them. Simon B

Brilliant garage all round. Service and being kept informed daily by a call from the owner was outstanding.
