Excellent and friendly service with understanding of disability and financial situation. Goodwill gesture of free labour cost as pump had manufacturing defect and was replaced only 2.5 years ago. Very pleased with solution since not their responsibility but the manufacturer’s.

As usual excellent service all round.
A/C stopped working following the warranty replacement of a leaking water pump. The BMW advised that the compressor had failed, £1400 replacement. Burch spotted that there was a fault logged which identified excess pressure in the AC due to very little water in the low coolant bottle. Charged £23

I moved into the area from Kent and needed my Mini serviced. I couldn't find a service book. The lady receptionist (who's name I can't remember) told me that all the history was on my key!! Phew. They booked me in and the car was ready at the time they said. Will definitely use them again. :)
