Amazing staff, who were all incredibly professional from start to finish. All those involved took the time to explain everything from the initial quote right through to collection. Couldn’t recommend this garage enough.

Fault identified; phoned me to advise repair options and prices; work completed as agreed. As usual, excellent friendly service, good value and totally professional.

As always, a great visit to Burch. Good workmanship and excellent communication, I feel my car is well looked after with Burch and that they are trustworthy.
The booking process was easy with texts to confirm & remind me. I had a written quote in advance Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. They charged what they quoted I’d will use Burch again and I’d use them in preference to my official BMW dealer
