I’ve had my car (Mini Countryman Cooper) serviced by Burch Motor Works for a number of years. Dave & Vicky in particular, have always looked after me very professionally.

Burch Motor Works are always helpful but in this instance following a breakdown, we’re particularly helpful in getting our car in at short notice and attending to it quickly

This visit was after the MOT. A detailed estimate was provided, a date agreed and reminders were emailed to confirm the date. The car was booked in and the work being done was confirmed. A time was given for the car to be ready and a phone call made for pick up. Very helpful staff.

Great service from Burch Garage! They diagnosed a whining noise as a bad front diff, fitted new front brake discs & pads, and did a full drivetrain oil/seal/filter service. Outstanding work and quick turnaround—all done in under 2 days. The car drives brilliantly now. Highly recommend

intermittent problems with remote locking for several months, Vicky was v helpful at first. I booked in but would be a charge of £95 to investigate with no certainty of a satisfactory outcome, I couldnt afford so cancelled. 6 months later I try to book in they are refusing my business for anything.

My Z4 suffered a sudden roof failure. My recovery service managed to get the roof closed (but still insecure). Burch were happy to let me to bring the car to them that day. They fixed it in 2 days. I cannot give the staff and service I received enough praise for how they treated me.

I have used Burch motors over a number of years and cannot fault their knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. All the staff are friendly always approachable and give excellent advice. Prices are fair and far more reasonable than main dealers.
