Burch Motors is by a big margin the best garage I have ever dealt with. They seem to genuinely love my car because it has the 3L straight six engine.

I have used Burch Motor Works for several years. The service has always been friendly and professional. My local BMW dealership could certainly learn some lessons! On this occasion they were very helpful in fitting me in for a main service prior to a long journey at short notice.

A great experience all round. I was reminded about my appointment by email and text. When I arrived I was met by friendly, smiling staff and was called later on my mobile for collection and told that everything was fine. I was charged exactly the same as my estimate.
