Replaced the timing chain on my BMW 118D. They're busy for good reason and it was worth waiting - priced as quoted, excellent workmanship, brilliant communications, and even finished the job early (which was a huge help). I have nothing but good things to say about Dave and team.

As always a very efficient service from Burch Motors.
Excellent service and MOT
Simply excellent
Better than Main Dealer by far
Yet again a wonderful service. From the initial telephone call to book the vehicle in & the works completed perfect as always. The staff are all polite & very friendly. The garage is spotless & great value for money
My BMW Series 2 220D sport visited Burch Motor Works for a short service plus a m.o.t. The work was carried out and it passed its m.o.t. The car was returned clean and unmarked, the costs were competitive and I would highly recommend this garage.
Always helpful and totally trustworthy, and only carry out work that is necessary highly recommended.
Friendly helpful staff, always go that extra mile
I just had to leave a comment to say a massive THANK YOU especially to Dave. His customer service has been second to none. Truly outstanding. I can definitely see why these guys are so busy & recommend by many friends. Huge thanks to Jonny & all his team at Burch Motor Works. What an amazing garage!
I’ve taken my car to Jonny at Burch Motors for 10 years now, and I can’t see that changing. They’re transparent with regards to the work and costs involved, and their professional and friendly attitude is no surprise they’re so busy. So grateful he managed to fit me in for an emergency repair!
Brilliant service all round. Have already recommended to friends
The highest standard of work and communications as always!
Went above and beyond even though they didn't have to. Extremely happy with the service provided and will definitely use again
