Burch Motor Works reviews

Clear and helpful discussion about service, MOT and possible further work needed

As always Burch motors did a very professional job on my wife’s Mini Countryman. Service & mot + replaced Condenser & re gassed the faulty air-con. I have been using for the last 5 years and have always found them to be very honest with any work they find or undertake.

Trustworthy, economical and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. Utterly reliable. Recommend without reservation!

I have used Burch Motor Works for a few years. I receive a relaxed but quality service from John, Dave and their team. I get great service from skilled professionals at a fair price and I have absolute confidence that the work has been done to a high standard. What else could you want. Brilliant!

Good service helpful staff jon

Really great garage. So helpful and transparent. Good workmanship, kept informed and everything explained very well.

I drove all the way from London 2 hour and 47 mins drive, left super early at 5.30am to drop my BMW 5 Series F10. It was in for the whole day as I had a lot of work on it.

Took my BMW 1 Series to Burch today due to a issue with my brakes coming on very dangerously (taking the car from 70mph down to 40mph without any warning) during wet weather. They sorted it within a few hours and saved me potentially thousands of pounds. Fantastic service and would recommend!

Dave on the desk is brilliant. Incredible customer service and very thorough with the paperwork and explaining what has been done. A credit to the company.

Simply an excellent service.

Great service from a local approved BMW specialist garage. Always helpful and cost effective. Highly recommended.

Excellent as ever!

The only place to get your BMW/MINI looked after for miles around. Johnny and the team are professional and friendly and always go above and beyond. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.

Would highly recommend Burch Motor Works. Very helpful, knowledgeable and honest staff. Go out of their way to help you. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent service with a smile and they sorted another issue at the same time. Very professional people and nice to do business with.

In for an Mot and fitted in diagnosing and fixing a problem I mentioned when I dropped the car off this morning.

The staff and quality or workmanship and care/compassion for the car owner is outstanding. They are always so helpful and genuine that I feel completely confident when my mini is with them. Thank you so much to all at BURCH MOTORS !

Excellent advice and workmanship, as usual.

Exemplary service

Cannot rate the team at Burch Motor Works highly enough. Always go above and beyond and are so friendly and helpful.
