Burch Motor Works have carried out servicing on my Mini Countryman Cooper for several years now following disappointing customer care I received from my local BMW Mini dealership. I thoroughly recommend Burch MW based upon their positive & friendly attitude. All work is quoted up front too.

Have used Burch before recently returned as have new BMW had a problem with washer jets , car under warranty popped in spoke to Dave explained situation , and he was very helpful car booked in few days later , I had a text and car ready and the bill paid via garage bought car from 5 ⭐ thanks👍😊

Very good service i was kept informed of what was happening and they repaired my car quickly and did a great job

Needed replacement wiring and rear light housing as my earth had melted which made my light stop working all together, got recommended the garage, so got a quote which was really great value for money so was a no brainer and it was a quick turnaround from dropping the car. Definitely will come back.

Hi Jon carried out an auto transmission serviced on my BMW 330d 2007 last year 2025. I recently discovered that the transmission had been leaking, an issue other customers had also experienced. Jon replaced the sump without question and arranged for collection and delivery of my car. Superb service.

Our 24 year old mini was MOT'd by Burch Motors. As expected for a car of this age there were a few advisories. Dave on reception was familiar with all items mentioned on the Pass Certificate and, as usual, gave me clear explanations - all part of the excellent service that I know I can count on.

Burch Motors have serviced my BMWX2 since it was new 8 years ago. I have to travel 8 miles to get to the garage but I always think the journey is worthwhile as the people are good to deal with and I am pleased with the help and standard of service.

Very pleased, they kept in touch through the day with updates and what damage they discovered needed work. Gave me the choice to continue or stop, and got it all done in one day in time for me to pick up the car at the end of the day.
