I can’t express how highly I rate Burch Motors. This was my first time here. They went above and beyond not only carrying out a service and and spending time explaining they also tried and help me source a part for my other car, which I had broken. Definitely be back for future services.

Burch motors are fab, from their easy online booking system, contact before and during, simple payment structure and explaining things in a way I understand (I know nothing about cars), great customer service and good value for money.
From my first enquiry I received curteous and helpful advice. Burch Motors staff are friendly and professional. Work was planned and carried out efficiently and to my satisfaction.
Always an pleasant experience, if only all garages where this good.
Knew exactly what the problem was without having to charge me for diagnostics. Quoted to fix it and on the day that was the price we paid. Feel very confident that if I have problems in the future I will get an honest quote for repair.

From knowing exactly who we were when arriving at reception right through the process we felt so much more than just another customer. We were contacted about the work required and it was explained so clearly. Having another car serviced by them later in the week and looking forward to it.
