I only wanted a remap. What i found was a mileage correction shop! No thanks

Excellent friendly service.Noticed a significant difference as soon as i took to the road .More power, smoother acceleration .Will have to wait and see for improvement in comsumption.I would not hesitate to use Cardiff remap again and recommend to all .Thankyou .

The website shows a 4WD dyno in a clean workshop. The address was a rented garage on a back lane, and that dyno was not there. He said he uses “a mate’s” when it is busy. Nobody could tell me where that was. I did not leave the car.

Booked in for a 9am this morning. Took 45 minutes to get there only for him not to turn up and not even give a courtesy call to say he was going to be late or not be opening. There were 2 other people there waiting and when I asked the window tint next door they said he was useless and booked people in for days even when he was closed. Gave him till 9:30 and left! Now booked in elsewhere.

Booked a tune and the car came back with fewer miles on it than it went in with. He would not explain it and told me I was mistaken. Tuning is not what this man is doing. It looks like a cover for clocking cars, and I am glad I noticed before I sold it.

Mobile appointment at my house. He never turned up. I had cleared the drive and stayed in all morning. Messages were left on read and then the number stopped connecting. No apology and no new time. I would not give him another chance.

Confirmed the day before, then did not arrive. I had driven 40 minutes to the slot he gave me and the shutter was down. A neighbour said he is hardly ever there. Calls were ignored. If he cannot make the appointment, he should not be taking bookings.

He swore he had a proper 4WD dyno and that the car would be strapped down and run. There was no 4WD dyno. The bay he showed me was empty apart from a trolley jack and some leads. I was not putting the car in there. A wasted trip, and the listing is still up with the same dyno photos.

I took the morning off and sat at the unit for the appointment. He never arrived. No text, no call, and the phone went to voicemail. I waited the best part of an hour and drove home with the car exactly as I had brought it. He has not been in touch since.

The advert made a point of the linked 4WD dyno. I got there and it did not exist. There was a single set of rollers in a lockup, and he told me the four-wheel one was “away being serviced”. The car was never run up. I had booked on the strength of that dyno and it was not on the premises.

He took the booking, talked up the 4WD dyno, and then never showed for the appointment. When I finally got an answer he said the dyno day had been cancelled and the deposit stood. There is no dyno, he does not turn up, and I want nothing more to do with him. Pictures of the dyno on the website, but next door told me he sold it!
